General Terms and Conditions
All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made in writing (mail).
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments.
Towels and towels may not be taken to the beach.
For stays of several weeks, the tenant receives fresh bed linen, terry towels and kitchen towels per week.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning during the rental period.
Pets are not allowed, except in apartment 3, small dogs.
We do not rent to bachelors , parties or events are not allowed for the benefit of other guests.
The apartment keys will be handed over to you on site by the house owner.

Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel your stay, we charge the following cancellation fees:
Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
Up to 21 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit will be retained
Up to 10 days before arrival; 80% of the total rental amount will be retained
Later than 10 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be retained
In the event of no-show, unused apartments or early departure, we reserve the right to demand 100% of the total amount.
terms of payment
In order to guarantee your booking, please transfer a deposit of 20% of the total amount within 7 days after the reservation has been confirmed.
The balance must be paid 14 days before your arrival.
If payment is not received on time, you will be given a further deadline. If no payment is made after this request with a deadline, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. The following retentions apply:
- If the deposit is not received within 7 days, the booking will be canceled with no penalty.
- If the balance is not received by 14 days prior to arrival, the booking will be canceled and the deposit retained.
Payment for short-term bookings: 100% of the total amount in cash upon arrival.
